Firms in Bulgaria registered for VAT

There's a public registry of firms in Bulgaria registered by the VAT law. It is updated daily and downloadable only if one registers and receives a daily code. No historic record exists.

I've started a script which downloads this list daily, compiles a diff list and statistics on the added, changed and removed companies. It also fixes the encoding.

All the data is available as separate archives here and on the official site you'll find visualizations.
