The output of each experimental cycle consisted of a pair of CCD images, one foreground, one background. These images can be processed to measure the two-dimensional atomic density, as described in our paper.
The measurements are grouped into runs, which are a series of measurements, taken sequentially, and varying the time for which the atoms were left to oscillate. Each run corresponds to one oscillation curve.

The experimental results are contained in the accompanying file in JSON format. JSON format files can be read by many free and commercial software packages.
For each measurement, we list an experiment ID (EID) number, the oscillation time (in ms), an array containing the atomic density formatted as [z (micron), atomic density (1/micron), uncertainty (1/micron)], and the result of our fit to the profile [temperature (nanokelvin), chemical potential (kilohertz), the centre of mass of the BEC (micron) and the centre of mass of the thermal cloud (micron)]
The EID can be used to idenify the corresponding raw images in the separate compressed file. The images are stored in the standard Flexible Image Transport System (FITS) format. _im1.fits is the foreground image, while _im2.fits is the background image.
