We sampled 417 triples from 26445 triples which describe the rdf:type of the instances is symptom for calculating the precision of symptoms. We sampled 423 triples from 364,657 triples which are related to symptom (triples containing rdf:type and same:As are not involved). We sampled 395 triples from 6024 triples which describe the links (sameAs) to UMLS. The precisions are 98%, 96%, 92%.
