Uber anatomy ontology

Uberon is a multi-species anatomy ontology created to facilitate comparison of phenotypes across multiple species, and for GO cross-products. Each uberon class is the superclass of all the classes stated as xrefs. The deployed version of uberon is generated from the editors version by stripping out external links and materializing inferred links via the oboedit reasoner.
