Project for the promotion of cultural diversity and for the practical implementation of a large number of international and national legal acts on human rights (all jurisdictions). Plan corresponds to the tasks of UNESCO and the UN. For creation of legal grounds were used tools of the organization Creative Commons, various legislations and schemes. Purposes are: culture, education, charity, development, research. Songs of the world famous band The Beatles can be available freely for the relevant purposes via the interactive space. The reliable password and other very strict limitations provide the needed balance of the legitimate interests. Authors of this project (citizens of the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, the United States and more) suggest the interactivity for all countries, them citizens and stateless people. The UK ratified the convention of UNESCO 2005 on the promotion of cultural diversity. Project supports the policy of the British Council. Such international policy is directed for the good of human rights everywhere via integration of the rich national culture with cultures of other countries.
